Can we keep using our Mitel MiVoice Office 250 Phone system after June 30, 2026?
Yes, your Mitel MiVoice Office 250 phone system will continue to function after this date however it is important to understand that Mitel will no longer provide technical support after the June 30, 2026 date. There are also no guarantees that PCS will continue to employ certified technicians beyond this date.
PCS will no longer have the ability to correct phone system software issues or, if certain hardware items fail, PCS technical staff may not be able to restore the system to working status. It is because of these possibilities we recommend our customers work with PCS to start the planning now to avoid any business interruption
